Invite New Team Members

New members of the Admin Team can be invited under the Access tab of the Settings section.

Invitations expire after 24 hours. If 24 hours pass before the account is created, an existing administrator or account owner must resend the invitation from the Access tab under Settings.

Inviting New Team Members

  1. Click Settings in the left-hand navigation bar.

  2. Select the Access tab.

  3. Click New user on the top right. 

  4. Fill in the required user information fields.

  5. Choose an appropriate access level for the new team member.

  6. Click Submit.

Resending Invites

If an invitation has expired, you can resend the invitation under the Access tab of the Settings section.

  1. Click Settings in the left-hand navigation bar.

  2. Select the Access tab.

  3. Click Resend invite next to the user who needs a new invitation.
